Suited for tube and pipe from 19.1 mm I.D. to 114.3 mm O.D., it is offered in pneumatic and electric motors. A wide variety of TiN coated blades are available.
The Esco Wart MILLHOG® Portable Pipe Beveler is priced from (US)$5,895.00 and is available for rent at (US) $200.00 per week. Esco will be exhibiting at Tube® Dusseldorf, Hall 1 Booth B75-20 from 30.03.2020 to 3.04.2020.
A boiler tube alignment fixture for fossil fuel power generation, biomass, gas turbine heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), paper mills, and waste to energy facilities that incorporate boiler tube panels has been introduced by Esco Tool of Holliston, Massachusetts, USA.
The Esco HOG TIE® Boiler Tube Weld Alignment Clamp Kit includes everything necessary to achieve accurate horizontal and vertical gap spacing to assure the proper gap for producing high-integrity boiler tube joint welds. Providing a fast and easy way to speed boiler tube fit-up and reduce tube joint failures caused by misalignment, this tube alignment clamp is now offered with a safety lanyard to prevent dropping.
Simple to use, one side of the Esco HOG TIE® Boiler Tube Weld Alignment Clamp has two through-holes and the other has threaded inserts which accept two bolts that draw them together; exposing the tube ends for tack welding before removal to finish the weld. Kits come in 7 sizes for 31.8 mm to 82.55 mm O.D. tubes and include an impact wrench and socket, four 12.7 mm bolts, 2 spare through-hole inserts, 2 threaded inserts, and a metal case.
